Teaching clothes (a.k.a. Kristen wears skirts???)

Here's a picture of me in the clothes I'll be wearing when I teach in Tanzania.



















For the first time in my life, my wardrobe extends beyond jeans and t-shirts. I feel strangely grown-up.

Wow, Kristen in a skirt and with short(er) hair! I like the look. Maybe you should keep it when you get back home. :-)

Of course, by then you may be sick of skirts...

Thanks! To my surprise, I think I like wearing skirts. It's easy to move your legs, and I think they'll comfortable in hot weather.

I've been wearing skirts much more often than I ever used to, and I really like them. They're just not practical for everything; for some things you just can't beat a pair of jeans. :-)
